At TIM FIT, each client is pushed to exceed their perceived limits with workouts that evolve as their body transforms. TIM FIT consists mostly of one-on-one training by appointment only. Each workout program is a one-hour session uniquely designed for each client. The training sessions include a mix of calisthenics, cardiovascular and resistance exercises which are effective and fun so that clients remain engaged and stimulated throughout their workouts. TIM FIT serves clients from Boston and the Greater Boston area such as Salem, NH; Methuen, MA; and Lowell, MA.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve.
